Entra ASA has signed a new lease contract with the Norwegian Directorate for
Higher Education and Skills for approximately 2,750 sqm at Nonnesetergaten 4,
located in the city centre of Bergen. The lease contract has a duration of 10
years, commencing in the third quarter of 2026.

The property, totalling 17,300 sqm, is currently undergoing refurbishment,
scheduled to be completed stepwise, with final completion in the third quarter
of 2026. The project is now 71 per cent pre-let.
