NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR HOLDINGS

In accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Section 4-3, the
undersigned hereby notifies the following:

Arild Christoffersen has received proxies and now controls a total of 25,1% of
the voting rights in Kongsberg Automotive (ticker KOA). Of these voting rights,
Arild Christoffersen controls 2,28% directly.

The change in voting rights is a result of received proxies and is in accordance
with the applicable regulations for flagging significant shareholdings.
