Approval of plan for merger of Gjensidige and its wholly owned subsidiary Buysure AS

Reference is made to the announcement on 3 April 2025 regarding the approval of
a merger plan between Gjensidige Forsikring ASA and its fully-owned subsidiary,
Buysure AS. The Board of Gjensidige and Buysure AS, respectively, have now
approved the merger in accordance with the announced plan. It is expected that
the merger will be completed on or around 1 July 2025.
