SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Contemplating issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds

SpareBank 1 Østlandet

SpareBank 1 Østlandet (Issuer rating Aa3 by Moody’s with stable outlook) has
mandated Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets for issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds
of up to NOK 400 million, with floating and/or fixed coupon.

In conjunction with the new issue, the bank will consider a buy-back, in whole
or in parts, of the outstanding Additional Tier 1 bond issue with ticker SPOL61
PRO (ISIN: NO0010885049).

The potential issuance is approved by the issuer’s Supervisory Board. The
transaction is subject to market conditions.
