Morrow Bank ASA: Contemplating FRN Hybrid Tier 1 Callable bond issuance

Morrow Bank ASA ("the Bank", OSE: MOBA) has mandated Pareto Securities AS as
Manager to arrange a series of virtual fixed income meetings on Tuesday 13 May
2025.

The Bank contemplates to issue a FRN Hybrid Tier 1 callable bond issue of up to
NOK 250 million, with a first call option after minimum 5 years, subject to
inter alia market conditions.
