Hoteles BESTPRICE reported record-breaking revenue of €1,962,516 for the first quarter of its fiscal year, reflecting a 22% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The company posted an EBITDA of over €868,000, delivering an operating margin of 44.2%, positioning it among the top performers in the hospitality sector. With strong momentum, the chain forecasts full-year revenue of €9 million.
Hoteles BESTPRICE began 2025 with near-full occupancy across its properties, achieving an average occupancy rate of 95.6% in the first quarter—up from 94.7% a year earlier. On several days during the period, the company reached full capacity across all locations, including Hotel BESTPRICE Diagonal, BESTPRICE Gracia, and Hostal BESTPRICE Barcelona Stadium in Barcelona; BESTPRICE Alcalá and BESTPRICE Alegría in Madrid; BESTPRICE Girona; BESTPRICE Valencia; and the flagship BESTPRICE Santillana del Mar.
