Disclosure of shareholding

On 11 May 2025, Rasmussengruppen AS sold 25,700,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA
("B2") with settlement on 15 May 2025, reducing its direct holding in B2 to
17,373,236 shares. The consolidated holding of Rasmussengruppen AS and its
subsidiaries is reduced to 23,373,236, equal to a reduction from approximately
13.32% to 6.34% of the shares and votes in B2. The group has no other rights to
shares issued by B2.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
