Following the transaction, Seacrest Partners III GP Ltd holds a total of
11,480,684 shares and votes in Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited, corresponding
to 3.2% of the total share capital and voting rights in the company.
The threshold of 5% has thereby been crossed downwards.
