on 11 May 2025 agreed to acquire 25 700 000 shares in B2 Impact ASA. Following
the transaction, Gulen Invest holds in total 36,827,738 shares and votes in B2
Impact ASA, corresponding to approximately 9.99% of the total shares and votes.
