Correction: Vår Energi ASA: Annual general meeting held

Sandnes, Norway, 12 May 2025: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the
"Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 12 May 2025, at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting
was held as a digital event.

In accordance with the proposals made by the Company's election committee, the
general meeting reelected Liv Monica Bargem Stubholt, Fabio Ignazio Romeo,
Francesco Gattei and Guido Brusco as members of the Company's board.
Consequently, the board will have the following composition[1]:

All resolutions were approved in accordance with the proposals set out in the
