Syno Invest AS, a related party to Øyvind Torpp, EVP & Investment Executive,
has on 9 May 2025 bought 10,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 111.40
per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this
transaction, Torpp and related parties own 110,000 shares in Orkla.
