Stavanger, 8 May 2025: Moreld AS will announce its results for the first quarter
of 2025 on Thursday 15 May 2025.

The interim report for the first quarter and the presentation material will be
available from 07:00 am CET at the company's homepage, www.moreld.com and Oslo
Stock Exchange's news site, www.newsweb.no.

CEO Geir Austigard and CFO Trond Rosnes will present the results at 08:30 am
CET. Participants are welcome to join the event at SpareBank 1 Markets in Olav
V's gate 5 in Oslo, or to follow the event via webcast.
