Disclosure of significant shareholding

On 8 May 2025, Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (“Sterling”)
purchased 61,512 shares in Norske Skog ASA.

Following the purchase, Sterling holds 8,543,779 shares in Norske Skog ASA,
corresponding to approximately 10.07 per cent of the total shares and votes.

This disclosure is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Act on
Securities Trading.
