Borgestad ASA: Invitation to presentation of Q1 2025 results

Borgestad ASA (the "Company") will release its Q1 2025 results on 22 May 2025.
The report and presentation will be made available at 07:00 hours (CET) at
www.borgestad.no and www.newsweb.no.

In connection with the release of the Q1 results, the Company will host a
presentation, followed by a Q&A session, at 11:00 hours (CET) on 22 May 2025.
The live webcast presentation will be held by Pål Feen Larsen (CEO) and Bendik
Persch Andersen (CEO of Höganäs Borgestad Group) and hosted by Arctic
Securities. The Q1 presentation can be viewed in a live webcast.
