The Annual General Meeting of Schibsted was held on 7 May 2025. The meeting was
conducted as a virtual meeting.

All proposals on the agenda were approved in accordance with the proposals set
out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting published on 14 April 2025.

The general meeting resolved to change the name of the company from Schibsted
ASA to Vend Marketplaces ASA. Subject to the registration of the new name in the
Norwegian register of business enterprises, the company's A-shares will be
traded under the new ticker "VENDA" and the company's B-shares will be traded
under the ticker "VENDB". The shares are expected to be traded under the new
ticker from and including 12 May 2025.

The minutes from the Annual General Meeting will follow in a separate
