Postponement in Annual Report Publication

On 29 April 2025 the company informed a delay in the publication of the 2024
annual report due to the resource situation of the company. It was anticipated
that the report would be published by 7 May 2025.

The final version of the annual report 2024 is in its final stages of the audit
review and will be published in the coming days as soon as this review is
finalized.
