Postponement of the Annual General Meeting

Oslo, May 7, 2025 - Observe Medical ("the Company" or "Observe Medical")
announces that the scheduled annual general meeting is postponed due to the
delayed publication of the 2024 annual accounts.

A new date for the annual general meeting will be announced as soon as the
annual accounts are published. The Company is working with the auditors to
finalize the accounts and apologizes for any inconvenience.
