Haugesund, 07 May 2025: The Annual General Meeting of Reach Subsea ASA will be
held 28 May 2025 at 12:00 at Reach Subsea's headquarters at Møllervegen 6,
Haugesund, Norway.

Please find attached Notice of Annual General Meeting, including notice of
attendance and proxy forms.
