Sandvika, 7 May 2025 (OSE: NORCO): Åsulv G Reppesgård, deputy board member in
Norconsult ASA (the "Company") bought 6 639 shares in the Company on 6 May 2025
at a price of NOK 46,55 per share. Following the transaction, Åsulv G Reppesgård
holds a total number of 11 642 shares in the Company.
