Disclosure of voting rights in Medistim ASA

Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received authorization for a total
of 12,160,678 voting shares in connection with the Annual General Meeting in
Medistim ASA the 8th of May 2025. This represents 66.32% of voting shares. Along
with Brøymers shares through Fløtemarken AS and Intertrade Shipping AS that has
1,285,000 and 935,735 shares respectively, Brøymer votes for a total of
14,381,413 shares. This represents 78.43 % of the voting shares. The
authorizations are valid for the Annual General Meeting in Medistim ASA the 8th
of May 2025.
