Annual General Meeting held on 7. May 2025

Today, 7. May 2025, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA held its Annual General Meeting. All
proposals on the agenda were adopted according to the Board's proposal. The
Board's proposal for a dividend of total NOK 22.00 per share for 2024 was
adopted.
