Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited: Update on winding up petition hearing

Hamilton, Bermuda, 6 May 2025: Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited (in
Provisional Liquidation) ("Seacrest Petroleo" or the "Company") refers to its
announcement on 7 March 2025 that on 21 February 2025, by Order of the Supreme
Court of Bermuda (the "Court"), Mr. Michael Penrose of EY Bermuda Ltd., 3
Bermudiana Road, Hamilton, HM08, Bermuda and Mr. Igal Wizman of EY Bahamas
Ltd., Caves Corporate Centre, West Bay Street & Blake Road, Nassau N-3231, The
Bahamas, were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators (the "JPLs") of the
Company (the "Appointment Order").

On 2 May 2025, by Order of the Court, the hearing date for the petition dated
20 February 2025 for the winding up of the Company was adjourned to 8 August
2025.
