MPCC: Amendment to the agenda for the Annual General Meeting 2025

Oslo, Norway, 6 May 2025: Reference is made to the Notice of the Annual
General Meeting (the "AGM") of MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") that
will be held on 8 May 2025 at 10:00 CEST.

The Company has received comments to the proposed Remuneration Guidelines that
the Board would like to consider further. The Board has therefore decided to
withdraw item 5 from the proposed agenda of the AGM. The current Remuneration
Guidelines will remain in effect and the Board expect to propose revised
Remuneration Guidelines for the AGM in 2026.

All other items on the agenda for the AGM remain unchanged.
