Moreld AS: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Stavanger, 6 May 2025: The shareholders of Moreld AS ("Moreld" or the "Company")
are hereby notified of the annual general meeting to be held on 20 May 2025 at
13:00 CEST. As set out in the notice, the Company has initiated a process for a
transfer from the Company's current trading venue, Euronext Growth, to Euronext
Oslo Børs. The agenda of the annual general meeting includes, among other
things, election of new members to the board of directors and the conversion of
the Company into a public limited liability company (ASA) to facilitate the
contemplated transfer of trading venue.

The notice of the general meeting, including the proposed agenda, is attached to
this announcement and will be sent to the Company's shareholders with known
addresses.

The annual general meeting will be held as a digital meeting via
www.orgbrain.no. Further information and guidelines for electronic
participation, together with the notice and its appendices, will be published on
