Lumi Gruppen: Minutes from annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Lumi Gruppen AS was held today, 6 May 2025. The
minutes from the meeting and appendices are attached to this notice and will be
made available on the company's website.

Item 1 to 8 of the agenda were approved, while item 9 (board authorisation to
increase the share capital by issuance of new shares) and item 10 (amendments to
the company's articles of association) did not get the required votes and were
not approved.
