Reference is made to the resolution made by the General Meeting on 30 April 2025
regarding the issuance of up to 1,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of NOK
10 per share to certain members of the Company's board.

The following primary insiders have today subscribed for the following warrants:
Karin B. Orgland, chairperson: 400,000 warrants. Following the subscription,
Karin B. Orgland, directly or indirectly controls 0 shares and 400,000 warrants.
Kjersti Hobøl, board member: 400,000 warrants. Following the subscription,
Kjersti Hobøl, directly or indirectly controls 20,581 shares and 400,000
warrants.
Arvid Tennefoss: 100,000 warrants. Following the subscription, Arvid Tennefoss,
directly or indirectly controls 0 shares and 100,000 warrants.
Anders Jakobsson: 100,000 warrants. Following the subscription, Anders
Jakobsson, directly or indirectly controls 0 shares and 100,000 warrants.

The Company refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging
