Storebrand ASA - ownership disclosure

Pursuant to the requirements set out in the Securities Trading Act, regulated by
the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) and by the Oslo Stock
Exchange, please be advised of the shareholding in Storebrand ASA for T. Rowe
Price Associates, Inc.

T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and its affiliates (“T. Rowe Price”), as
described in more detail below, serve as investment adviser to various entities
including institutional clients, sub-advised funds, common trust funds and
proprietary mutual funds (“Advisory Clients”). T. Rowe Price is making the
following disclosure. On 02 May 2025, Advisory Clients of T. Rowe Price disposed
of shares, which decreased their ownership of voting rights to below 5%, to
22,273,561 voting rights or 4.97% of Storebrand ASA.

Explanation of the T. Rowe Price Organization:

T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (“TRPG”) owns 100% of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
(“TRPA”). TRPG is a holding company with no physical assets and no independent
operations of its own. TRPG is a publically traded company on NASDAQ under
ticker TROW. There are no controlling stockholders of this company. TRPG has
officers and directors, but no independent employees. All TRPG employees are
employees of operating subsidiaries. TRPG does not directly hold any shares of
Storebrand ASA.

TRPA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRPG. TRPA is registered with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as an investment advisor under the
Investment Advisers Act of 1940. TRPA does not directly hold any shares of
Storebrand ASA.
