SHELF DRILLING Q1 2025 EARNINGS RELEASE INFORMATION

Dubai, May 5, 2025 – Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling”, OSE: SHLF) and
Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling North Sea”, Euronext Growth
Oslo Exchange: SDNS) will report earnings for the first quarter of 2025 on
Monday, May 12, 2025.

An audio conference call will be held to discuss the results.
• Date: Monday, May 12, 2025
• Time: 17:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST), 14:00 British Summer Time (BST), 15:00
Central European Summer Time (CEST), 09:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

A corresponding slide presentation will be posted on the Shelf Drilling website
before the call. The conference call will be recorded and posted onto the
company website within three working days of the conference call.
