PPI acquires Åsane Politistasjon in Bergen

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has acquired the property Litleåsveien 43
in Åsane in Bergen for a total property value of NOK 42 million.
The property is approximately 2,400 sqm and has a central location in Åsane.
The property is fully let to the Norwegian Police. The annual rental income is
NOK 4.7 million, and the lease contract has an unexpired lease term of 4.7
years.
"PPI has a clear strategy to grow by being a leading consolidator of social
infrastructure properties in the Nordics. This is our fourth transaction in
Bergen within a short time period and we are happy to be able to continue
strengthening our position in Norway's second largest city", says Ilija
Batljan, CIO of PPI.
The transaction will be paid in cash and is expected to close on 6 May 2025.
