Mandatory notification of transaction by primary insiders and their close associates

Reference is made to previous stock exchange notices in relation to the merger
of Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør, including the stock exchange notice on
2 May 2025 regarding the completion of the merger.

The following primary insiders/close associates of primary insiders have been
allocated equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Norge at a subscription
price of NOK 89.1 per equity capital certificate:
• Jan Erik Kjerpeseth, CEO, has incl. close associate been allocated 11,382
equity capital certificates. Following the transaction, Jan Erik Kjerpeseth and
close associate holds a total of 161,350 equity capital certificates.
• Hans Olav Ingdal, CFO, has been allocated 5,820 equity capital certificates.
Following the transaction, Hans Olav Ingdal holds a total of 24,023 equity
capital certificates.
• Jan-Ståle Hatlebakk, CRO, has been allocated 758 equity capital certificates.
Following the transaction, Jan-Ståle Hatlebakk holds a total of 41,214 equity
capital certificates.
• Gunnar P. Thomassen, EVP Corporate Market South, has been allocated 8,747
equity capital certificates. Following the transaction, Gunnar P. Thomassen
holds a total of 8,747 equity capital certificates.
• Pål Ekberg, EVP Retail Market South, has been allocated 5,428 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Pål Ekberg holds a total of 5,428
equity capital certificates.
• Bjørg Beate Kristiansen, Chief Compliance Officer, has been allocated 1,188
equity capital certificates. Following the transaction, Bjørg Beate Kristiansen
holds a total of 1,188 equity capital certificates.
• Bente Svensen, EVP Direct Banking, has been allocated 2,416 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Bente Svensen holds a total of 2,416
equity capital certificates.
• Steinar Breen, EVP Strategy and Projects, has been allocated 5,672 equity
capital certificates. Following the transaction, Bente Svensen holds a total of
5,672 equity capital certificates.
• Knut Ruhaven Sæthre, Chair of the Board, has been allocated 6,264 equity
capital certificates. Following the transaction, Knut Ruhaven Sæthre holds a
total of 8,087 equity capital certificates.
• Erik E. Tønnesen, Board member, has incl. close associated company been
allocated 9,198 equity capital certificates. Following the transaction, Erik E.
Tønnesen incl. close associated company holds a total of 14,407 equity capital
certificates.
• Mette Harv, Board member, has been allocated 632 equity capital certificates.
Following the transaction, Mette Harv holds a total of 632 equity capital
certificates.
• Geir Bergskaug, Board member, has been allocated 129,280 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Geir Bergskaug holds a total of 132,482
equity capital certificates.
• Hans Arthur Frigstad, Board member, has been allocated 912 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Hans Arthur Frigstad holds a total of
912 equity capital certificates.
• Tina Marie Kvale, Board member, has been allocated 461 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Tina Marie Kvale holds a total of 461
equity capital certificates.
• Gunnar Skeie, Board member, has incl. close associated company been allocated
3,088 equity capital certificates. Following the transaction, Gunnar Skeie incl.
close associated company holds a total of 14,157 equity capital certificates.
• Stig Standal Taule, Board member, has been allocated 133 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Stig Standal Taule holds a total of
10,165 equity capital certificates.
• Trond Randøy, Deputy Board member, has been allocated 1,011 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Trond Randøy holds a total of 1,011
equity capital certificates.
• Thomas Schulz, Deputy Board member, has been allocated 6,169 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Thomas Schulz holds a total of 6,169
equity capital certificates.
• Britt Ytterbø, Deputy Board member, has been allocated 1,744 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Britt Ytterbø holds a total of 1,744
equity capital certificates.
• Brede Borgen Kristiansen, Director Finance, Operations and Investor Relations,
has been allocated 379 equity capital certificates. Following the transaction,
Brede Borgen Kristiansen holds a total of 7,307 equity capital certificates.
• Vilis Eizentas, Director of Credit, has been allocated 264 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Vilis Eizentas holds a total of 15,289
equity capital certificates.
• Steinar Vigsnes, Finance, has been allocated 15,081 equity capital
certificates. Following the transaction, Steinar Vigsnes holds a total of 15,081
equity capital certificates.
