Höegh Autoliners ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Oslo, 5 May 2025: Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of
Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company", ticker code: "HAUTO)
will be held on 27 May 2025 at 13:00 hours CEST as a virtual meeting. Attached
is the notice of the meeting in English, together with the attendance form,
advance vote, and proxy forms.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via
Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and
ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. For further

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged
in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and
