With reference to the share buyback program announced 13 February 2025,
SmartCraft ASA ("SmartCraft" or the "Company") (Ticker: SMCRT NO) has reached
the buyback program's maximum consideration of NOK 20 million as of 2 May 2025.
Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 751,037 of its own shares
in the period 13 February 2025 to 2 May 2025 at an average price of NOK 26.6296
per share for a total consideration of NOK 19,999,833.80.
From 28 April 2025 until 2 May 2025, SmartCraft has purchased a total of 14,696
own shares at an average price of 25.5944 per share.
