Share options exercised

insiders

Cyviz AS has completed an exercise window for vested share options under the
Cyviz share option program 2 for board members, executive management, and key
employees, where in total 49,500 share options have been exercised.

Each exercised share option gives the right to acquire one share in the Company
at a strike price of NOK 21.75. The Company's board of directors will, pursuant
to the authorization granted by the general meeting on 16 May 2024, resolve to
increase the Company's share capital to facilitate the delivery of new shares to
the option holders having exercised their options under the share option
program.

A total of 21,500 share options have been exercised by the following primary
insiders, all at a strike price of NOK 21.75:

* Ingeborg Hegstad, Board member, has exercised 15,000 share options
* Javier Colado, CSO, has exercised 6,500 share options
