Gentoo Media Inc. – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Gentoo Media Inc. from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.10.2 (2),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 2 May 2025 made the following resolution: "The shares
of Gentoo Media Inc. will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 25 July
2025. The last day of trading will be 24 July 2025."
