Completion of the merger between Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS, forming Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS

Reference is made to previous stock exchange notices regarding the merger of
Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS, as well as
earlier announcements concerning the merger of Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken
Sør, which formed Sparebanken Norge.

The merger between Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør
Boligkreditt AS was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises
today and thus completed. Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS, as the acquiring
entity, changed its name to Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS in connection with
the registration of the merger.

As noted in the stock exchange notice of 28 April 2025, Sparebanken Norge
Boligkreditt AS will be the debtor for bonds issued by Sparebanken Vest
Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS, and the new ticker for such
bonds is “SBNOB”.
