SpareBank 1 Gruppen – Q1 2025 Results

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the 1st quarter was
NOK 735 (271) million. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after
tax for the 1th quarter was NOK 406 (199) million.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge holds an ownership stake of 19.5 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen
AS. SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's net profit after tax
for the 1th quarter was NOK 79 (39) million. Including a share of the adjusted
previous year’s result of minus NOK 20 million, the contribution to SpareBank 1
Nord-Norge from SpareBank 1 Gruppen was NOK 59 million in the first quarter of
2025.

Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51.44 % by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported a
pre-tax profit of NOK 852 (233) million in the 1st quarter.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in
2024.
