Management changes at Handelsbanken

Mårten Bjurman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Svenska
Handelsbanken AB. He will officially begin this role no later than 1 September
2025, and will, in his new position, be a member of Handelsbanken's Executive
Team. Mårten Bjurman will immediately leave his role as Head of Handelsbanken's
internal audit function.

Carl Cederschiöld has been appointed Head of Savings and Financing at
Handelsbanken, a position which includes responsibility for the majority of the
Bank's saving and financing products. Handelsbanken Fonder, Handelsbanken Liv
and Stadshypotek are included in the area. Carl Cederschiöld will continue to
serve as CFO until Mårten Bjurman formally begins in the role.
