The annual general meeting of Capsol Technologies ASA will be held on Wednesday,
May 21, 2025, at 15:00 CEST.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only. For information

Shareholders who want to attend the ordinary general meeting must register
attendance by

May 19, 2025, at 15:00, by one of the following alternatives:

· By returning the registration form for attendance attached to this meeting

Shareholders who do not meet the deadline will not be able to participate in the
general meeting.
