B2 Impact ASA: Annual report 2024

The Board of Directors of B2 Impact ASA has approved the Annual report for
2024.

There are no material adjustments in the final accounts compared with the
preliminary financial statements published on 13 February 2025. It has been an
adjustment in the balance sheet between deferred tax assets and deferred tax
liabilities of approximately NOK 85 million with no P&L effect.

The Annual report 2024 including the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF)
is attached to this notice and is also available on the company's website,
www.b2-impact.com (http://www.b2-impact.com/).

Furthermore, B2 Impact publishes its Remuneration report on leading personnel
in compliance with section 6-16b of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability
Companies Act.

The Sustainability statement and the Taxonomy report are integrated in the
Annual Report.
