Annual report 2024

The Board of Directors of Otello Corporation ASA has approved the annual
accounts for 2024.

The report is attached as a pdf file and in European Single Electronic Format
(ESEF). The documents will also be made available on
https://www.otellocorp.com/ir.

There are no material changes in the final 2024 annual consolidated financial
statements from the preliminary full-year financial statements published on 18
February 2025.
