ABG - Correction of minutes from the Annual General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock notice of April 24, 2025 at 12:48, regarding
minutes from the annual general meeting 2025. A minor correction has been made
to the minutes attached to this stock notice at www.newsweb.no.

Item 13, bullet 2 in the minutes has been corrected to "the power of attorney
shall be valid until 30 June 2026".

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the Annual General Meeting.
Attached at www.newsweb.no you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM
approved a dividend payment of NOK 0.50 per share to shareholders as of 24 April
2025. The share will trade ex. this dividend payment from 25 April 2025.

All other proposals on the agenda were also approved.
