Nicosia, Cyprus - 29 April 2025 - Please find attached Seabird Exploration Plc
(the "Company") annual report for 2024. The Company has also published its
annual financial statements in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF),
available as an attachment to this release. The reports are attached and will
also be available on our webpage.



The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 28 Mai 2025, and a
notice will be distributed in due time.
