Horten, 29 April 2025 - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) today, the Board of Directors
approved the 2024 Annual Report. The financial statements are consistent with
the preliminary report disclosed on 18 February 2025, except for an increased
provision of NOK 3 million regarding the patent infringement claim. See Note 17
of the Consolidated Financial statements for more details. The board does not
propose a dividend.

Attached is the Annual Report 2024 for poLight ASA. The report is also available
