Ekornes QM Holding Group has today published its Annual Report for 2024. The
Annual Report is attached hereto and is also available at
https://www.ekornes.com/en/investor-relations/reports

The annual results are in line with preliminary 2024 accounts published 26
February 2025.

Ekornes QM Holding Group has also published its annual financial statements in
European Single Electronic Format (ESEF),also available as an attachment to this
release.
