equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør. Following the acquisition,
Geveran owns 2,108,167 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør which
represents a total of 5.06 % of Sparebanken Sør's issued equity capital
certificates (based on 41,703,057 issued equity capital certificates).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2(4) of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
