Amersfoort, 29 April 2025 – Envipco Holding N.V. (“Envipco” or the “Company”) announces that the publication of the 2024 Annual Report will be delayed.

The Company does not expect any material adjustments to the unaudited operating results released 20 March 2025. However, the Company expects to recognise a EUR 1.6m valuation adjustment of previously capitalized tax assets. This adjustment is due to timing uncertainty when this asset will be realised.

The Company expects the 2024 Annual Report will be released by 30 May 2025.
