The Annual General Meeting of DNB Bank ASA was held on 29 April 2025. The Annual
General Meeting re-elected Gro Bakstad and Petter-Børre Furberg as board members
and Jens Petter Olsen as vice chair of the board, and elected Berit Behring and
Vivian Lund as new board members. All were elected for a period of up to two
years, until 2027.
