11-2025 5th Planet Games - Decisions at the Annual General Meeting 2025

COPENHAGEN, 29 April 2025: At the Annual General Meeting held today in 5th
Planet Games A/S (the "Company"), the Annual Report for the period from 1.
January - 31. December 2024 was presented and approved. In addition, the Annual
General Meeting decided;

1. To adopt the proposed remuneration for 2025 to the Board of Directors.
2. To discharge from liability the Board of Directors and the Executive
Management.
3. To use profit or settlement of loss according to the adopted Annual Report.
4. To re-elect Jon Goldman, David Alpert, Henrik Nielsen and Søren Kokbøl Jensen
as members of the Company's Board of Directors.
5. To elect KPMG as the company's auditor.
