Presentation of first quarter results 2025

The results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2025 will be published on 30
April 2025 around 08:00 (CET) on the Oslo Stock Exchange and on Sea1 Offshore
Inc.'s website.

A conference call will be held on the same day at 13:00 (CET) to review the
presentation and discuss the first quarter 2025 release. The call will be hosted
