Panoro Energy - 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 25 April 2025 - Panoro Energy ASA ("Panoro" or the "Company" with OSE
Ticker: PEN) today announces that the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held virtually through the facilities of Euronext on 21 May 2025 at 10:00am
CEST (Norwegian time). It will not be possible to attend in person.

The formal notice of the AGM is attached to this release and can also be
downloaded from Panoro's website at www.panoroenergy.com.

Important Information

Pursuant to section 5-2 (1) of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Act, only
those who are shareholders five business days prior to the general meeting, i.e.
on 14 May 2025 (the record date) have the right to participate and vote at the
AGM.

Shareholders and proxy holders who wish to participate at the AGM, are requested
to notify the Company of his/her presence by submitting the attendance slip and
proxy form included as Enclosure 1 of the attached notice of the AGM.

Completed attendance forms should be received by Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge
no later than 4:00pm CEST (Norwegian time) on 19 May 2025.

Participation at the AGM will exclusively take place through the Euronext
Securities Portal. Access to the Euronext Securities Portal will only be
provided to shareholders that have registered attendance by the deadline
stipulated above. Further information on participation in the electronic general
meeting is included in the attached notice of the AGM.
